- With this badge it is indicated which cars or motorcycles have a shared use
- The DGT recommends placing it in a different place from the other labels, in the upper left corner of the car windshield
The environmental badge of the DTG V-26 is a sticker that, like the others (0, Eco, B, and C), helps agents know which vehicles can drive on certain roads.
The usual stickers indicate how much a vehicle pollutes and, therefore, whether or not it can circulate in low emission zones. The other labels are placed in the upper right part of the windshield, but the V-26 should preferably be placed in the upper left corner of the car or, in the case of motorcycles, on the fairing.
With this badge, it is indicated which cars or motorcycles have a shared use and can therefore circulate in the lanes for high occupancy vehicles (HOV) even if only one person is inside. Its parking in the cities is also facilitated. Not all V-26 stickers are the same size, it varies depending on the type of vehicle.
For the DGT it is not mandatory to wear the label in plain sight, but the town halls, as is the case in Madrid, may require it.
